About the Role

Tombras is seeking an Art Director - Creative Social Team to join our innovative team. This role is perfect for someone looking to make an impact in the advertising industry while working closely with renowned brands. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective social media campaigns that resonate with audiences. This position is based in Knoxville, and while it is not remote, relocation assistance may be provided.

What You'll Do

• Connect brands to real people in real-time through creative advertising.
• Write and develop world-class creative work for a diverse range of clients across various industries including CPG, beverage/alcohol, QSR, retail, and luxury automotive.
• Collaborate with a talented team of creative directors, copywriters, strategists, and designers to produce impactful campaigns.
• Work at the speed of social, adapting quickly to trends and platform features.
• Present concepts confidently to agency leadership and clients, showcasing your creative vision.

Requirements

• Desire to create award-winning advertising and a passion for collaboration.
• A strong portfolio is ideal, with 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and excellent design skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
• Public speaking skills to present ideas clearly and confidently.
