About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Operator for CNC Machines to join our team at KARL STORZ. As a Technical Operator, you will set up, load, and operate our CNC grinding machines for optical components, ensuring precise processing and quality control.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate CNC grinding machines for optical components, ensuring precise processing.
• Conduct 100% inspection of produced parts using measuring tools such as calipers and microscopes.
• Maintain and clean equipment, machines, and tools to ensure optimal working conditions.
• Follow standardized processes and quality guidelines to ensure consistent output.
• Utilize modern machinery and measurement devices to achieve high-quality results.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives by providing suggestions for efficiency and quality enhancement.

Requirements

• Good technical understanding and a strong focus on quality.
• Experience with CNC machines is a plus.
• Excellent fine motor skills and a passion for precision work.
• Ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
• Systematic and independent working style.
• Good command of German, both written and spoken.
