As a Marketing Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our Marketing & Product Development Team, contributing to various campaigns and projects that drive our business forward.

What You'll Do

• Support the Marketing Executive and Head of Marketing & Product Development in executing campaign tasks and managing project workflows.
• Create and manage campaign calendars to align with strategic initiatives.
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of supporting assets and adherence to deadlines.
• Assist in content formatting, proofreading, and publishing to maintain high-quality standards.
• Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and KPI reports to track campaign performance.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify insights, and propose optimizations for future initiatives.
• Conduct competitive and industry research to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain marketing systems, including automation tools, content libraries, and analytics platforms.
• Assist with planning and logistics for events, trade shows, webinars, and customer meetings.
• Provide on-site or remote support during events, ensuring smooth execution.
• Act as a liaison between marketing and internal business units, facilitating effective communication.
• Manage small marketing projects end-to-end under guidance, ensuring timely completion.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Recent graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of marketing, account support, or coordination experience are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in MS Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Monday, SharePoint, etc.) is essential.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with marketing tools, reporting systems, and CRM/automation platforms.
• Comfortable with copywriting, basic design, project tracking, and analytics.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload autonomously.

• Additional education, certifications, or distinctions in marketing.
• Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools.
