AI Training Lead Specialist - Remote Role

About the Role

We are seeking an AI Training Lead Specialist to join our team at Seamless Assist. This remote position focuses on developing and enhancing training programs that empower our virtual assistants (VAs) to leverage AI tools effectively. As an AI Training Lead Specialist, you will play a crucial role in transforming our training systems, ensuring our VAs are not just task doers but strategic problem-solvers.

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored for various VA roles, integrating AI tools and workflows.
• Lead onboarding sessions that emphasize critical thinking and the application of AI in real-world scenarios.
• Create engaging training materials, including slides, SOPs, and quizzes that incorporate AI workflows.
• Develop workshops focused on advanced AI use cases, such as content creation and CRM automation.
• Monitor and report on training effectiveness, analyzing performance metrics to refine programs continuously.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, L&D, or operations coaching.
• Strong familiarity with AI tools and their application in business operations.
• Proven ability to teach and facilitate learning in virtual environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience using platforms like Zoom and Loom.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, and Trello.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Notion AI.
• Background in instructional design or adult learning theory.
• Experience training remote teams or VAs.
