Clinical Sales Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist to join our team at HiPP. This remote role will allow you to actively contribute to the development of our global sales standards while working with clinical sales teams across approximately 40 countries. As a Clinical Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of our sales force, ensuring that global standards are implemented effectively.

What You'll Do

• Support the Clinical Sales Force Excellence department with organizational and content-related tasks.
• Contribute to the development of global sales standards.
• Independently manage selected projects and initiatives.
• Assist in analyzing and creating reports, KPIs, and performance tools.
• Coordinate travel, meetings, training sessions, and events (both online and in-person).
• Facilitate feedback and exchange formats with various countries.
• Maintain, create, and structure relevant content and documents, including SharePoint content, guidelines, presentations, and best practices.

Requirements

• A completed economic education and several years of professional experience.
• Experience in analyzing sales metrics and KPIs.
• Proven ability to plan and organize projects and events independently.
• Experience in an international environment or collaboration with country organizations is preferred.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel) are essential, along with good knowledge of SAP and SharePoint.
• Solution-oriented thinking and action, even in complex situations, with strong communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the health or nutrition industry.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Project management certification.
