About the Role

We are hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (German) to join our dynamic team in this remote position. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (German) - remote, you will experience our supportive approach and the ability to balance work and life as part of our global team. You will work from home with all equipment provided to support you in delivering high levels of customer service.

What You'll Do

• Handle a variety of customer queries in our contact center, ensuring that no two days will be the same.
• Provide direct support to our customers, helping them with their needs and inquiries.
• Utilize various in-house IT systems to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Deliver services on behalf of our clients via telephone, facing a variety of interesting and rewarding challenges every day.
• Participate in training sessions to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Previous experience in delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to work as part of a team, with a positive outlook and high energy.
• Proficiency in PC use, including MS Office applications like Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Enthusiasm for developing new knowledge and skills.
