Account Manager - Remote Position for Eastern Canada
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager - Remote to drive sales and establish Eastman as the top choice for Performance Films in Eastern Canada. This role requires a commitment to travel over 50%, showcasing your dedication to building strong relationships and driving growth in the region.
What You'll Do
- Prioritize and grow regional dealer/distributor accounts with clear growth plans.
- Develop and execute territory strategies for automotive & architectural window film and Paint Protection Film.
- Collaborate with dealers/distributors and marketing on joint sales campaigns.
- Build relationships with influencers including OEMs, technical experts, architects, and property/facility managers.
- Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activity.
- Support inside sales to maximize brand potential in the region.
- Complete tasks from the Regional Sales Manager, contributing to long-term Performance Films growth in Ontario.
- Use curiosity and discovery to understand partner goals and offer tailored solutions.
- Help design compelling deals and value propositions; work with cross-functional teams on new offers.
- Serve as the main contact for dealers/distributors, ensuring excellent service for all customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- 5–10 years of commercial sales experience.
- Strong sales methodology, tools, and CRM proficiency.
- Experience in strategic market development.

- Experience in the specialty materials industry.
- Familiarity with Performance Films products.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
