About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our remote sales team at TheyDo. As an Account Executive for Europe, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth across the European Economic Area. This position allows you to work with some of the world’s largest enterprises, helping them scale journey management and deliver measurable customer impact. Your expertise in enterprise SaaS sales will be crucial in achieving our mission to make journey management the most powerful business tool in the world.

What You'll Do

  • Drive revenue growth by managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Develop and maintain a self-generated pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent quota attainment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Articulate the measurable impact of our AI-powered journey management platform to potential clients.
  • Stay informed about the European market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of quota attainment in enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Strong understanding of the European market and ability to work within Central European +/- 2 timezone.
  • Experience in self-generating leads and driving sales from prospecting to close.
  • Passion for customer-centricity and helping enterprises transform their operations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate performance metrics and impact.
