What You'll Do

• Process ongoing business transactions reliably and assist with preliminary accounting tasks.
• Support dunning processes and manage payment transactions effectively.
• Handle outgoing invoices, cancellations, and credits with precision.
• Maintain master data and manage documents to ensure structured processes in our databases.
• Act as a point of contact for invoice inquiries and coordinate communication with our tax office.

Requirements

• You are an enrolled student in Business Administration or a related field with a focus on taxes or finance.
• Strong English skills and fluency in German are essential.
• Proficiency in common office programs; experience with DATEV is a plus.
• Strong initiative, communication skills, and teamwork abilities are required.
• You are goal-oriented, reliable, and enjoy working on innovative projects as part of a team.
