About the Role
We are looking for a Working Student in Customer Care to join our dynamic team remotely. - Report to the Customer Care Team Lead and collaborate with colleagues and the Customer Success Team.
- Manage complaints and de-escalate complex situations effectively.
- Utilize your analytical mindset to creatively solve problems and improve customer experiences.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar environment is ideal.
- Ability to remain calm and friendly in stressful situations.
- Fluency in German (C2 level) is required.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and show initiative.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
