About the Role

We are looking for a Working Student in Customer Care to join our dynamic team remotely. What You'll Do

  • Manage complaints and de-escalate complex situations effectively.
  • Utilize your analytical mindset to creatively solve problems and improve customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar environment is ideal.
  • Ability to remain calm and friendly in stressful situations.
  • Fluency in German (C2 level) is required.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and show initiative.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
