About the Role

Join us as a Housekeeping Host at Disneyland Paris, where you will play a vital role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work in an international environment, contributing to the cleanliness and comfort of our themed hotels.

What You'll Do

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and public areas.
• Work collaboratively with a team of 20 to 40 employees to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Anticipate and personalize customer expectations to enhance their experience.
• Perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, and carrying heavy loads.
• Adapt to various weather conditions while working indoors and outdoors.

Requirements

• Dynamic and positive attitude with a passion for customer relations.
• Previous experience in hospitality is ideal but not necessary.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
• Fluency in French (B2 level) and basic English (A2 level); a third European language is a plus.
• Must hold a valid B driving license for more than 2 years.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of housekeeping standards and procedures.
• Strong communication skills in multiple languages.
