What You'll Do

• Support your Centre Manager in inspiring and motivating a team of tutors to unlock their individual potential.
• Take a proactive approach to safeguarding the members in your care and empower your team to do the same.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted and company safeguarding requirements, maintaining a safe learning environment.
• Drive the growth of your centre’s membership and profitability by engaging with community stakeholders.
• Lead sales and marketing events to attract new members and enhance the centre's local reputation.
• Tailor customer journeys with personalized educational recommendations, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in an educational or customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication skills to express ideas clearly and effectively.
• Ability to prioritize tasks logically and deliver effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Self-awareness and the ability to motivate your team through trust and constructive feedback.
• Action-oriented mindset with a focus on tackling challenges and driving solutions.

Nice to Have

• Experience in sales and marketing within an educational context.
• Knowledge of safeguarding policies and practices.
• Familiarity with Ofsted requirements.
