HR Intern - Remote Opportunity in Energy Sector

About the Role

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for an HR Intern to join MET Group, a leading integrated European energy company. As an HR Intern, you will gain valuable practical HR knowledge and experience while working remotely. This HR Intern position is ideal for students looking to kickstart their careers in human resources within the dynamic energy sector.

What You'll Do

• Assist in recruitment process management by posting job advertisements and communicating about vacancies.
• Pre-screen candidates through CV screening and phone interviews as needed.
• Organize interviews and act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely feedback is provided.
• Manage HR systems by keeping our HR database up-to-date with any changes.
• Create contracts and contract amendments for various countries.
• Support the preparation of ad-hoc reports for local management and Group HR.
• Follow up on the completion of various HR activities.
• Assist with drafting announcements and support other HR initiatives.

Requirements

• Ongoing, full-time MSc/BSc student status (ideally in your last years of education) in a field related to HR (Economics, Psychology, etc.).
• Fluency in Hungarian and English.
• Self-confident behavior with a willingness to learn and try new things.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at an advanced level.
• Any relevant previous work experience is an advantage.
