Web Developer - AI Systems Development (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Web Developer - AI Systems Development (Remote) to join our team. This fully remote role offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to work approximately 5–40 hours per week based on project availability. As a Web Developer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development, evaluation, and improvement of advanced Artificial Intelligence systems.

What You'll Do

• Create and review web development and computer science content used to train AI models.
• Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, clarity, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Identify logical errors, inconsistencies, and performance issues in AI outputs.
• Provide clear, structured, and actionable feedback to improve AI reasoning and responses.
• Collaborate across multiple projects based on technical expertise and availability.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish for written technical communication.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• 1+ year of experience in web development, backend development, or full-stack engineering.
• Working proficiency in English.
