Warehouse Operator - Remote Support Role

About the Role

We are looking for a Warehouse Operator - Remote Support Role to join our team at Sonae Arauco. This position is essential for supporting our logistics operations remotely. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our warehouse processes.

What You'll Do

• Inspect incoming goods for completeness, identity, and defects.
• Resolve any discrepancies or defects found during inspections.
• Store goods using ladders, pallet jacks, or forklifts.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits.
• Deliver goods as required.
• Manage materials using SAP and generate statistics.
• Create and monitor order processes in SAP.
• Perform goods receipt bookings and invoice checks in SAP.

Requirements

• Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist or a comparable qualification.
• Good knowledge of SAP, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent German language skills (C1 level); good English skills are desirable.
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and flexible work style.
• Process-oriented, analytical thinking, and judgment skills.
• Strong team player with high motivation.

Nice to Have

• Experience in logistics or warehouse management.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Forklift certification.
