EDI Coordinator - Remote Opportunity with Global Leader

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EDI Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Murata. This EDI Coordinator remote position offers you the chance to work with a leading global manufacturer of electronic components and modules, contributing to products used in everyday devices such as smartphones and laptops.

What You'll Do

• Analyze, plan, develop, and test transactions as part of a collaborative team.
• Implement EDI transactions according to established standards and guidelines.
• Configure connections to trading partners and set up systems for testing.
• Document customer setups and create functional/technical specifications as needed.
• Conduct error analysis and corrections within the framework of SLAs.
• Handle and resolve internal and external customer cases effectively.
• Monitor systems and coordinate maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Completed education or degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• First professional experience in a related area (EDI/IT Helpdesk Support).
• Strong knowledge of databases and programming languages, particularly SQL and Java.
• Analytical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Business Integration Software (Seeburger BIS6 and Mulesoft API) is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a multinational environment.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
