- Manage and optimize the global security team, currently comprising around 20 professionals, ensuring operational efficiency and productivity.
- Provide transparent security data to GTM and Product teams, promoting a collaborative environment rather than a siloed approach.

- Track record of partnering with GTM functions to close high-ACV enterprise deals.
- Experience implementing "Security Champion" or embedded security programs.
- Ability to manage distributed teams across multiple time zones (Europe, North America, APAC).
- Deep familiarity with the European regulatory landscape (GDPR, NIS2, etc.).
Nice to Have
- Experience in AI security protocols and frameworks.
- Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of advanced security technologies and methodologies.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per year.
- Participation in Aiven’s equity plan.
- Flexible hybrid work policy that promotes work-life balance.
- Choice of equipment to set yourself up for success.
- Professional Development Plan budget for learning opportunities.
- Holistic wellbeing support through our global Employee Assistance Program.
- Country-specific benefits tailored for our global team.
