About the Role

We are seeking a talented VP Quant Trader to join our dynamic team at Crypto.com. As a VP Quant Trader, you will be responsible for trading and managing risks associated with various crypto products, including spots and derivatives. What You'll Do

• Manage resources effectively to fulfill trading operations and tasks efficiently.
• Monitor and report daily market sentiment, risk exposures, profit & loss, and other key metrics.
• Perform post-trade analysis to enhance trading strategies and algorithmic performance.
• Collaborate with trading developers to improve pricing, trading, and booking logic.
• Leverage AI tools to boost work output and enhance trading performance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline from a top global university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systematic or electronic trading environments.
• Proficient in Python, C++, or Java, with a strong interest in further developing technical skills.
• Exceptional analytical skills with acute attention to detail.
• Proven capability to perform efficiently under high-pressure situations.
