Virtual Physician Assistant - Remote Role with One Medical

About the Role

We are seeking a Virtual Physician Assistant to join our team at One Medical. This Virtual Physician Assistant remote role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional healthcare services to patients across the United States. As a key member of our Virtual Medical Team (VMT), you will leverage advanced technology to deliver evidence-based care and collaborate with a diverse team dedicated to transforming healthcare.

What You'll Do

• Conduct tele-health visits, including triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups.
• Engage in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other educational modalities.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Utilize your clinical training to provide exceptional care to patients virtually.
• Adapt your communication style to effectively connect with patients from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in an accredited physician assistant program (MSPAS) with active NCCPA certification.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Physician Assistant in an outpatient primary care or urgent care setting.
• Current TX license with the ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

• Experience in telemedicine or virtual care settings.
• Proficiency in using technology for patient care delivery.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in uncertain situations.

• Competitive salary range of $59.10 to $65.50 per hour, translating to an estimated annual salary of $123,000 to $136,000.
