Virtual Assistant - Remote Property Management Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our team remotely at ProSmart Estate Inc. This role is crucial as you will be the "digital hunter" responsible for leading our property acquisition efforts from the comfort of your home. As a Virtual Assistant, your primary mission will be to find and qualify property owners online who are seeking professional management services. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-growing property management company.
What You'll Do
- Digital Hunting: Scour platforms like Facebook Marketplace, Rentpad, Carousel, and Lamudi daily for "For Rent by Owner" (FRBO) listings.
- Cold Outreach: Initiate contact with owners via Messenger, WhatsApp, or phone to pitch ProSmart’s management and sub-leasing services.
- Lead Qualification: Filter leads based on location (e.g., Jazz Residences, Kroma Tower), owner's openness to management, and price points.
- Data Management: Organize all owner leads and property details in our tracking system for the CEO's final review.
- Virtual Due Diligence: Coordinate with owners to get high-quality photos, videos, and initial documentation (condo dues, IDs) before we visit the site.
Requirements
- Proven Lead Gen Experience: Experience in real estate virtual assistance or cold calling is a huge plus.
- Expert Navigator: Highly familiar with Metro Manila geography, especially Makati, Taguig, and Pasay.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English and Filipino to build trust with property owners.
- Reliability: Must be highly disciplined with time-tracking (we use Jibble) and meet daily outreach targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online meeting tools.

- Experience with property management software.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate property owner schedules.
