About the Role

Join Binance as a VIP Institution Product Manager in our Accelerator Program, a unique opportunity to work remotely in the rapidly growing Web3 space. As a Product Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of finance and blockchain technology, leveraging your skills to support VIP clients and enhance their experience with our innovative products.

What You'll Do

• Support requirement gathering and refinement for product features tailored to VIP clients.
• Conduct market research, user feedback analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform OKRs.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, sales, and operations teams to execute tasks and track progress effectively.
• Monitor key metrics such as client retention and system stability, iterating on features to enhance the VIP experience.
• Drive AI adoption in product development to streamline processes and improve user engagement.

Requirements

• Experience in product management within the fintech or crypto/Web3 sectors.
• A genuine passion for Web3 and blockchain, with knowledge of crypto products such as trading, custody, and DeFi.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable with tools like Excel and Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and Figma.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
