About the Role

Marvesting is seeking a passionate Seasonal Merchandise Promoter to join our dynamic team. This remote opportunity allows you to become a true ambassador for our client's fruit beverage products, enhancing their visibility in retail locations across France. As a Seasonal Merchandise Promoter, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring product performance.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with the Sector Manager to represent the brand in stores.
• Ensure products are well-stocked and presented according to merchandising plans.
• Guarantee brand visibility and attractiveness through effective facing, signage, and promotional displays.
• Prevent stockouts by restocking and managing inventory levels.
• Deploy commercial operations, including setting up promotional displays and participating in product launches.
• Drive additional sales by promoting missing products and promotional pallets.
• Conduct regular follow-ups on actions taken, including photos and feedback from stores.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (Permis B) is mandatory.
• Experience in retail or a strong desire to explore the field marketing sector.
• Ability to use a pallet jack effectively.
• Dynamic and motivated personality with a passion for challenges.
• Team player with the ability to build trustful relationships with retail partners.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in field marketing or merchandising.
• Familiarity with sales reporting tools.

What We Offer

• Contract: Fixed-term contract of 35 hours per week (covering an average of 15-20 stores).
• Salary: €1830 gross per month.
• Bonus: €150 gross based on objectives (reporting).
• Meal allowance: €13 per working day.
• Reimbursement of professional expenses (mileage, tolls, etc.).
