About the Role

We are looking for a VIP Account Advisor remote to join our dynamic team at Bitso. As a leading cryptocurrency platform in Latin America, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) clients. This role is pivotal in bridging traditional wealth management with the innovative world of digital assets.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively identify and acquire new HNWI clients through networking, referrals, and external prospecting.
  • Manage a select portfolio of high-value relationships, ensuring retention and driving the consolidation of their assets onto Bitso.
  • Provide market insights and execute trades or strategies aligned with client goals within regulatory frameworks.
  • Represent Bitso at private industry events, dinners, and closed-door forums to build pipeline.
  • Act as a strategic partner to your clients, helping them navigate market volatility and understanding how crypto fits into their broader wealth strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, or Institutional Sales.
  • Current AMIB Figura 3 certification is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing HNWI relationships in Mexico.
  • Strong understanding of Bitcoin, Stablecoins, and DeFi yields.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English for complex financial discussions.
