About the Role

Riverton Chevrolet is seeking a dynamic Used Car Sales Manager remote to lead our Used Vehicle Sales business. As a Used Car Sales Manager remote, you will drive revenue and ensure a five-star experience for our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Grow retail and wholesale sales while fostering strong relationships with clients.
  • Appraise, source, and purchase used vehicles to maintain a profitable inventory.
  • Manage reconditioning processes to ensure quick turnaround times for vehicles.
  • Determine market-based pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Hire, train, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and achieve sales goals.
  • Monitor salesperson productivity and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Analyze expenditures to ensure alignment with budgetary requirements.
  • Develop product knowledge to become the go-to expert for our offerings.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in automotive retail sales operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of GM Programs.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
  • Self-starter mentality with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
