Training Lead Specialist - AI Adoption (Remote)

About the Role

We're hiring a Training Lead Specialist - AI Adoption to join our innovative team at Seamless Assist. This remote position is designed for individuals with a strong background in AI and training development. As a Training Lead Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in elevating our training systems and ensuring our virtual assistants (VAs) are equipped with the necessary skills to leverage AI effectively in their roles.

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for VAs, focusing on AI integration and real-world applications.
• Create engaging training materials, including slides, SOPs, videos, and quizzes that incorporate AI workflows.
• Lead onboarding sessions that emphasize the use of AI tools, critical thinking, and systems optimization.
• Develop step-by-step learning paths and certification tracks to enhance AI competence among VAs.
• Train VAs on advanced AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Notion AI, ensuring they can apply these tools to solve business problems.
• Conduct performance assessments and provide targeted coaching to help VAs improve their AI adoption and problem-solving skills.
• Monitor training effectiveness through tracking completion rates, assessment scores, and AI competency levels.
• Champion a culture of continuous learning and smart adoption of AI tools within the organization.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in training, L&D, or operations coaching.
• Strong experience with AI tools in practical applications, not just theoretical knowledge.
• Proven ability to teach others how to creatively and strategically apply AI.
• Experience in developing training materials and leading virtual workshops.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, particularly in virtual environments.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with instructional design or adult learning theory.
• Experience training remote VAs or digital teams.
• Understanding of basic automation or workflow mapping.
