Telecommunications Network Support (IP/​MPLS) - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Network Support professional to join our team at Inetum. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while supporting our IP/MPLS network operations. As a Telecommunications Network Support specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and performance of our network services.

What You'll Do

• Configure Core IP/MPLS networks and services for both B2B and B2C clients.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for fault resolution across our network.
• Implement and migrate XGSPON access as part of network enhancements.
• Execute circuit/service migrations as part of the Core IP/MPLS network reorganization.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement solutions and troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure service continuity.

Requirements

• Solid experience with IP Networks and Internet Protocol (IPv4/IPv6).
• Strong knowledge of Cisco Routing & Switching.
• Experience with IP/MPLS networks, particularly with Cisco and Nokia technologies.
• Familiarity with Fortinet firewalls, NSO, and NSP.
• Proven experience with circuit migrations, OLT swaps, BPON, and XGSPON.
• Ability to troubleshoot critical environments with a focus on service quality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• High sense of responsibility and ability to perform under operational pressure.

Nice to Have

• Certifications in Cisco or Nokia technologies.
• Experience in a hybrid work environment.
• Knowledge of network security practices.
