About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in sourcing and recruiting top technical talent for various engineering positions. What You'll Do

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for technical positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, LinkedIn, and ATS, to identify and attract top talent.
  • Conduct technical screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess candidates' technical skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting for software development roles.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and people operations.
  • Understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
