Legal Intern - Social Law Focus (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a Legal Intern specializing in social law to join our team remotely. As a Legal Intern, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources Department at TechnicAtome, contributing to various legal tasks and projects that support our commitment to excellence in the nuclear industry.

What You'll Do

• Conduct regular legal monitoring of legislative and case law developments in labor law and social relations.
• Draft legal updates to communicate significant trends and upcoming changes to the HR department.
• Perform legal research related to collective relations.
• Contribute to the drafting of legal notes for the HR service.
• Assist in analyzing themes related to social relations.
• Prepare meetings for the Central Social and Economic Committee, including agenda preparation and structuring responses.
• Prepare collective negotiations and draft company agreements.
• Evaluate social impacts and advise the HR service on disciplinary law matters.
• Support the management of disciplinary, pre-litigation, and litigation files.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a higher education degree (Bac +4/5) in social law.
• Seeking an internship for the academic year 2026-2027.
• Recognized for your autonomy, listening skills, and adaptability to various topics.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience or internships in legal settings.
• Familiarity with labor law regulations.
• Interest in the nuclear industry and its legal aspects.
