About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing technical projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the successful delivery of our healthcare technology solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage multiple technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to facilitate project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring that teams are aligned and productive.
• Manage project risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients, providing regular updates on project status and progress.
• Utilize tools such as Jira and GitLab for project tracking and management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Support the development of project management best practices and contribute to the overall improvement of project delivery processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in the healthcare technology sector.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, GitLab, and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in risk management and the ability to navigate complex project environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in data management solutions and master data management (MDM).
• Familiarity with healthcare applications and enterprise master patient index (EMPI).
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and account-based marketing (ABM).
