About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Customer Service Representative - French Speaking to join our remote team. What You'll Do

• Assist customers with technical inquiries and issues via email, chat, and phone.
• Utilize your problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Document customer interactions and technical issues in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues as needed.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of our products and services.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English; additional languages such as Dutch or German are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
• Basic understanding of SQL and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
