Python Integration Engineer - Remote Position

About the Role

Growe is excited to welcome a Python Integration Engineer to our dynamic team. This remote position focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining system and data integrations, building data transformation pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business needs. As a Python Integration Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of integration solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain system and data integrations that meet business requirements.
• Build and optimize data transformation pipelines to enhance data flow and accessibility.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integration services to facilitate seamless communication between systems.
• Work with SQL databases to extract, transform, and load data efficiently.
• Create and maintain dashboards and monitoring solutions using Grafana or Tableau to visualize data insights.
• Integrate multiple data sources into unified reporting and monitoring solutions for enhanced decision-making.
• Deploy and manage services in AWS environments to ensure robust infrastructure.
• Collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Monitor pipelines and troubleshoot production issues to maintain operational excellence.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in integration, data engineering, or backend development roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and solid hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Practical experience in data transformation and ETL processes.
• Experience in API development and system integrations.
• Experience working in production environments with a focus on reliability and performance.
• Familiarity with Grafana or Tableau for data visualization.
• Proven experience with AWS services is a plus.
• Experience with Apache Kafka, .NET, and event-driven architectures is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
