About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) remote to join Forward Networks, a company that is revolutionizing the management of large networks. As a Technical Account Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, ensuring they maximize the value of our solutions while maintaining high satisfaction and retention. This role is critical in driving adoption and aligning our technology with customers' business goals.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned enterprise customers.
  • Drive product adoption, ensuring customers realize full value from the Forward Enterprise platform.
  • Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to expand accounts.
  • Provide strategic guidance, best practices, and insights aligned with customers’ business objectives.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships across customer organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, product, and support to address customer needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical account management or customer success role.
  • Strong understanding of network management and enterprise solutions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
