About the Role

We are excited to offer a Talent Development Internship - Remote opportunity at J.S. Held. As an intern, you will support the Talent Development and Strategy team in various initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, performance, and development. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources while working remotely.

What You'll Do

• Shadow Talent Team leadership and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to learn about internal stakeholder needs.
• Research best practice talent and organizational development models to inform our strategies.
• Develop high-quality learning content and communications that enhance employee engagement.
• Assist with various Talent Development programs and initiatives, contributing to their success.
• Support performance management and engagement surveys to gather valuable insights.
• Provide support for leadership development programs, helping to shape future leaders.
• Utilize data analytics to measure program success and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with key partners and maintain industry relationships to enhance our talent development efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field; pursuing a Master’s or PhD is preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in Learning & Development.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
• Knowledge of HR principles is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data analytics tools.
• Familiarity with learning management systems.
• Previous internship experience in HR or related fields.
