About the Role

What You'll Do

• Participate in our selection day to learn about our manufacturing processes.
• Work as a Production Operator in the automotive parts manufacturing sector, contributing to the production of components for major brands like John Deere.
• Adapt to a flexible 3-shift or continuous work schedule.
• Ensure quality standards are met in all production processes.
• Engage in a medical fitness examination and informal discussions to secure your position.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work in a 3-shift system or continuous shifts.
• Strong focus on quality and precision in your work.
• Basic education and must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to learn quickly and open to development opportunities.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of automotive components.
