What You'll Do

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes in accordance with our menu standards.
• Ensure that every plate is beautifully presented while maintaining speed and efficiency.
• Manage your section effectively, ensuring all ingredients are prepared and ready for service.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with regulations.
• Assist in stock control and P&L management to ensure profitability.
• Contribute to menu development and innovation, bringing your unique culinary flair.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• A positive attitude and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful dishes.
• Experience in team management and training.
