We are looking for a dedicated Casual Events Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Beaverbrook. What You'll Do

• Provide outstanding service to guests during events, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with the Events team to set up and break down event spaces, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills by engaging with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Adapt to the fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all service areas.
• Assist with food and beverage service, ensuring all items are presented beautifully and served at the correct temperature.
• Act as an ambassador for Beaverbrook, embodying our values of emotional intelligence, professionalism, and pride in service.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt pace as required.
• Passion for food and beverage service.
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
• Must be available to work throughout the year, including weekends and evenings.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in hospitality or event service.
• Knowledge of food and beverage pairings.
• Certification in food safety or hospitality training.
