About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

  • Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidates and streamline the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
  • Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize hiring strategies.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled recruitment tools and workflows is a plus.
  • Experience in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Knowledge of HR operations and best practices.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the healthcare or teleradiology industry.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and other collaborative tools.
