Strategic Support Director - Member & Digital Experience (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Support Director - Member & Digital Experience to join Boeing Employees' Credit Union (BECU) in a fully remote capacity. This role is pivotal in enhancing member experience and operational readiness during a significant transformation initiative at BECU. As a Strategic Support Director, you will act as a strategic partner and operational driver, ensuring that our mission of 'people helping people' is at the forefront of every decision.

What You'll Do

• Lead the SAFE Integration Program Delivery to enhance member experience.
• Guide cross-functional sub workstreams to ensure alignment with enterprise priorities.
• Act as the Executive Right Hand to MDX leadership, shaping divisional strategy.
• Develop operational cadence and structure for the Member & Digital Experience (MDX) team.
• Serve as a change leader during major transformations, influencing senior leaders across the organization.
• Prepare executive and board-ready deliverables to communicate progress and strategy.
• Leverage data and feedback to drive continuous improvements in member services.
• Lead division-level communications to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of relevant experience in operations management, project management, or organizational communications.
• Experience leading large-scale project teams with enterprise-level program and project management experience.
• Mergers & acquisitions experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective leadership and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence senior leaders without formal authority.
