As a Contracts Manager, you will ensure that all agreements align with our study timelines while collaborating with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

What You'll Do

• Review, draft, and negotiate clinical trial agreements and site contracts as a Contracts Manager remote.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve contractual issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and contracting standards throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Update study team members on contract status and manage site contract metrics.
• Maintain organized contract files and design policies for timely contract execution.
• Identify and implement improvements to existing processes to enhance efficiency.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned to support the Clinical Operations team.

Requirements

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in contract negotiation.
• Proven experience leading interactions with study teams and sponsors.
• Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this Contracts Manager remote role.
• Knowledge of contracting plans for negotiations is highly desirable.
• Ability to meet study timelines effectively and manage multiple priorities.
