Sales Operations Associate - Remote

About the Role

We're hiring a Sales Operations Associate to join our dynamic team at The Wonderful Company. This remote position is essential for supporting our sales team through insights, reporting, and operational support, ensuring the success of account management. As a Sales Operations Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing our sales processes and driving efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Manage promotional plans in the trade promotion management system (TPM).
• Conduct regular status and activity calls with Sales Account Executives.
• Handle customer portal requirements and deal management.
• Create promotional sell sheets and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with sales, FP&A, and accounting teams to streamline operations.
• Oversee promotional spending and resolve customer deductions effectively.
• Support Sales Account Executives during sales planning meetings.
• Attend up to 5 sales/team meetings per year to stay aligned with company goals.
• Maintain organized documentation in shared drives for easy access.
• Identify and execute solutions for changing business conditions to enhance sales performance.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in sales operations or account management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Strong relationship management skills to foster collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and quantitative problem solver with a proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience with DemandTec and VIP/iDig is a plus.
