Senior Knowledge Analyst - Remote Position

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Knowledge Analyst - Remote to join our innovative team at Coursemojo. As a leader in the EdTech sector, we are dedicated to redefining the educational journey for students, particularly in English Language Arts for upper elementary and middle school students. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to enhance curriculum design and activity production through artificial intelligence, ensuring that our learning experiences are captivating and effective.

What You'll Do

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) delivering insights and analytical support to various teams.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge bases for different lines of business.
• Drive intellectual property creation and manage knowledge assets to support agile teams.
• Ensure accurate knowledge is available for client assistance and document new solutions with service desk agents and SMEs.
• Share critical information across the service center to streamline knowledge and improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Must have resided in the U.S. for the past 3 years.
• Must pass a Federal Public Trust Investigation.
• 8+ years of progressive professional business experience preferred.
• 5+ years in knowledge management, technical support, or content management.
• Proficiency in CMS, SharePoint, and IT ticketing systems.
• Experience in a federal government environment is a plus.
• Strong skills in analyzing support trends and creating documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• BS/BA degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
