Strategic Partner Program Lead - Remote Role at Docker
About the Role
We are seeking a Strategic Partner Program Lead to join our remote team at Docker. In this role, you will help shape the future of our partner ecosystem and drive measurable partner-driven growth. As a key player in our organization, you will define and operationalize Docker’s Ideal Partner Journey (IPJ), ensuring seamless integration with our customer journey and go-to-market strategies. This is a unique opportunity to lead a critical initiative in a company that is trusted by over 20 million monthly users and has a significant presence in the app development space.
What You'll Do
- Define, manage, and optimize the Ideal Partner Journey (IPJ) to enhance partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement.
- Align the partnerships strategy with RevOps and systems to ensure operational excellence.
- Drive measurable improvements in partner-driven revenue performance by establishing clear KPIs and performance management processes.
- Expand the scope of partnerships across various ecosystem types, including GSIs, RSIs, and Hyperscalers.
- Maintain a dynamic market and competitive view through continuous evaluation of Docker’s partnerships and alliances strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Partner Programs, Channel Strategy, or RevOps-adjacent roles.
- Proven ability to scale an existing partner program to the next maturity stage.
- Strong expertise in PRM platforms such as Allbound or Channel Scalar.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce and GTM systems architecture.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and influence skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in technology alliances and strategic partnerships.
- Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks.
- Knowledge of AI governance and its implications for partnerships.
