What You'll Do

• Lead the development and management of land-led partnership projects and commercial ventures.
• Collaborate with registered providers, developers, community groups, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive forward Lewisham's ambitious housing agenda, ensuring high-impact outcomes.
• Manage complex projects and influence strategic direction within the housing delivery sector.
• Champion collaboration and innovation to achieve viable housing solutions.

Requirements

• Proven track record in housing delivery partnership management.
• Experience in strategic programme leadership, preferably within a local authority.
• Strong commercial acumen and political awareness.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, financially constrained environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
