About the Role

As a Strategic Client Acquisition Partner - HR Tech Recruitment (Remote) at M365Connect, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new B2B clients for our AI-powered HR recruitment services focused on Microsoft professionals in the DACH region. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely and engage with a dynamic team dedicated to transforming the recruitment landscape.

What You'll Do

  • Acquire new B2B clients in the DACH region, leveraging your expertise in client acquisition.
  • Position recruitment expertise to decision-makers in HR, IT, and procurement sectors.
  • Utilize LinkedIn and email campaigns to initiate conversations and build relationships.
  • Act as a strategic advisor for optimizing outreach processes and enhancing client engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the founder and recruiters to align strategies and goals.
  • Demonstrate fluency in both German and English to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Utilize CRM tools (we use Manatal) to manage client interactions and streamline processes.
  • Exhibit strategic thinking and process development skills to drive client acquisition efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in client acquisition or B2B sales, particularly in the HR tech space.
  • Fluency in German and English is required for effective communication.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and outreach automations to enhance productivity.
  • Self-driven and outcome-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop processes that optimize client outreach.

  • Experience in the DACH region's recruitment landscape.
