Senior Urban Project Management Consultant - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Urban Project Management Consultant to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in urban development to assist public and private stakeholders in executing complex projects. As a Senior Urban Project Management Consultant, you will play a crucial role in shaping sustainable urban environments.

What You'll Do

• Lead diverse urban projects, focusing on OPCU and OPCIC methodologies.
• Develop decision-making documents, reporting tools, and project management dashboards.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure effective communication among project partners.
• Provide daily consulting support in project deployment, including regulatory procedures and urban planning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements

• Master's degree (equivalent to Bac+5) in engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in urban project management.
• Strong understanding of urban renewal projects (ZAC, NPRU).
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and QGIS.
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, and writing skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with international projects and proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with urban development regulations and procedures.
