About the Role

If you know your way around a cocktail shaker better than most know their way around the Turner Contemporary, this is the role for you! As a Bartender, you will bring energy, elegance, and excellent service to our bar team, ensuring every guest feels special and welcomed.

What You'll Do

• Mix, pour, and serve drinks with flair and precision, showcasing your cocktail knowledge.
• Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests, whether they are locals or travelers.
• Keep the bar stocked, spotless, and running smoothly, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Suggest drinks and share stories, occasionally dazzling guests with your cocktail expertise.
• Support the team during busy shifts, maintaining a calm and efficient environment.
• Share your knowledge of the menu and local produce, enhancing the guest experience.

Requirements

• Experience behind the bar and confidence in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails and a passion for great drinks and service.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and be quick on your feet.
• Guest-focused attitude, ready to bring warmth and wit to every shift.
