Staff Product Manager - Personalization Foundations

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Staff Product Manager to lead our Personalization Foundations at Headspace. In this role, you will own the centralized member and content data layers, segmentation infrastructure, and the core Machine Learning (ML) services that power all personalization features across the Headspace product. As a Remote Staff Product Manager, you will define the long-term vision to create a definitive single source of truth for user data and behavioral modeling, enabling hyper-accurate, real-time decision-making for all customer interactions that enhance the Headspace experience.

What You'll Do

• Define the long-term vision and strategy for the Personalization Foundations platform, including centralized user/content data, segmentation infrastructure, and core ML services.
• Own the product roadmap and collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Lead the product strategy and execution for key workstreams, including Customer/Content Embeddings and Real-Time Decisioning.
• Model experimentation with purpose and share feedback with care to enhance the member journey.
• Drive strategic leadership and clarity to scale personalization efforts effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in personalization or data-driven products.
• Strong technical understanding of data and ML platforms.
• Proven track record of defining product vision and strategy.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in leading product initiatives that enhance user experience and engagement.
