About the Role

We are seeking a Receptionist and Package Shop Team Player to join our dynamic team at Gebrüder Weiss. This remote opportunity allows you to be a vital part of our customer service operations while working from the comfort of your home. As a Receptionist and Package Shop Team Player, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring smooth operations in our package shop.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist customers, guests, and suppliers with a friendly demeanor.
• Manage the acceptance, distribution, and tracking of packages in the package shop.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email efficiently.
• Support administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies and organizing paperwork.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in the service and office departments.

Requirements

• Completed education (e.g., vocational training, high school diploma) and/or initial experience in customer service or reception is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Structured, precise, and independent working style.
• Strong service orientation and friendly demeanor.
• Team player, resilient, and able to remain composed in stressful situations.

Nice to Have

• Good numerical understanding is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours (Monday to Friday, occasionally until 6:00 PM).

We offer a competitive salary above the collective agreement minimum (EUR 1,780.60 gross/month for 30 hours/week), depending on qualifications and/or experience.
