About the Role

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Assistant Manager remote position at Angels Share Hotel in Edinburgh. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in leading our team and ensuring our guests receive outstanding service from start to finish.

What You'll Do

  • Support the General Manager and Deputy Manager in the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
  • Lead from the floor, motivating and inspiring your team to perform at their best.
  • Take ownership of daily operations and implement ideas to enhance guest experiences.
  • Ensure every guest receives exceptional service, contributing to the hotel's reputation.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high standards of hospitality.

Requirements

  • Experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a premium hospitality setting.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
  • Calm and confident demeanor, especially under pressure.
  • Commercially aware with a passion for driving performance.
  • Hands-on approach and commitment to delivering world-class hospitality.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Knowledge of local Edinburgh attractions and hospitality trends.
  • Previous involvement in training and development programs.
