Pre-Sales Consultant - Transforming Insurance Technology

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at Send. This role is pivotal in helping prospective customers understand how the Send insurance platform can transform their underwriting operations. As a Pre-Sales Consultant remote, you will engage closely with our sales team and insurers to demonstrate the real, measurable value our platform delivers.

What You'll Do

• Partner with UK sales teams to understand customer challenges and strategic objectives, identifying how the Send insurance platform can best support their underwriting operations.
• Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations and support proof-of-concept engagements, showcasing the value of Send’s platform.
• Provide product and market expertise throughout the sales cycle, helping customers navigate complex buying decisions.
• Support RFP and proposal responses, articulating how Send’s functionality meets customer requirements.
• Capture insights from customer engagements to refine sales messaging and strengthen our go-to-market approach.

Requirements

• Good understanding of the P&C insurance market and the underwriting ecosystem.
• Experience in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, or similar customer-facing role within a SaaS or technology environment.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working closely with sales teams to support complex sales cycles.
• Self-starter with strong prioritization skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or Insurtech environment.
• Familiarity with underwriting platforms or policy administration systems.
